If you are planning to visit one of our settings and are showing symptoms of Coronavirus you should not attend, even if these symptoms are mild or intermittent, due to the risk they pose to others.
In line with national guidance, MPFT is in the process of relaxing measures introduced during the Covid-19 pandemic within its healthcare settings. This is being done in a phased approach to ensure the safety of our staff, patients and visitors is maintained.
Within our inpatient sites at St Georges Hospital, The Redwoods Centre and Haywood Hospital where patients are at high risk of infection due to immunosuppression, e.g. oncology/haematology, visitors may be asked to wear a facemask following a local risk assessment or if there are known Covid-19 patients in the ward.
