Welcome to the Health Visiting and School Nursing services for Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

Our Health Visiting and School Nursing teams are here to support parents, carers and young people to be healthy. We provide advice and support right through from pregnancy up until a child is 19. All families will be offered a number of routine contacts, plus extra visits where needed.

You can find lots of useful information and how to contact us here. Please see the links below for more details on the services provided in your area.

Please note that access to well baby clinics, groups and drop-ins is operating on a limited basis . Your local HUB is available for advice and support and can provide information on available sessions in your area - contact details below.

We know that this is a worrying time and it will definitely not be how you had planned your parenting journey. You may have concerns in relation to your pregnancy or your children. Our teams are still here and able to support you and your family.  How we provide care has changed.  In this animation, which our colleagues at Leeds Community Healthcare have developed, we will share with you what you can expect during a home visit.

In addition, we have harnessed technology and can now offer some virtual consultations as well as telephone support.  Contact your local hub for support and advice or take a look through our website for answers to some common parenting issues.

We've included some links and resources from trusted organisations and websites to support you during the COVID-19 pandemic.
