Our community rapid intervention services prevent admission to an acute Trust and support people who have been admitted to return home as soon as they are medically fit.
In North Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent we work with Royal Stoke University Hospital.
In South Staffordshire, we have bases in Cannock and Seisdon.
