In June 2018 South Staffordshire & Shropshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (SSSFT) and Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust (SSOTP) joined to become Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Both previous organisations were required to produce and publish an annual Quality Account in line with the NHS (Quality Accounts) regulations 2010. These documents are provided here for information.

In June 2019 Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust produced its first set on Quality Accounts. These accounts summarise progress against the 2018/19 quality improvement initiatives as outlined in the two legacy sets of accounts below.
