Songs For You: dates for 2019 page thumbnail

We are pleased to announce new dates for the Songs for You programme.

Songs for You provides an opportunity for those living with dementia, their carers and any older adults experiencing isolation to come together have a good sing song, a chat and a cup of tea.

The hour-long sessions run every other week.

There are sessions running in Stafford, Cannock and Shrewsbury.

Songs For You is funded by the People’s Postcode Lottery and organised by MPFT’s Arts for Health. It would benefit anyone who loves to socialise and sing, has an interest in music or just wants to be somewhere joyous, safe and friendly.

It is a fun session where carers can be with other carers who are experiencing dementia with a loved one and where they can all experience a common interest: music and songs form the past.
